As some of you who have been following my trials and tribulations on this site are aware, I’ve been struggling with the training malaise and lack of exercise mojo. Many of you have offered kind words of encouragement and suggestions, all of which are much appreciated.
I’ve started a once a week yoga excursion (Capitol Hill Yoga, Thursday nights) and last week was convinced to join in a CrossFit class led by a good friend, Jen (and her sister Em finally convinced me that it wasn’t going to kill me). In addition to getting in some swim, bike, run (yea, right), I’ll be doing yoga and Cross Fit to balance out the regular routine.

The Kalibur who has become my best friend
I have 13 weeks to get in shape if I want to participate in the Chesapeake Man race in September (95 days according to the web site).
I have also “borrowed” a Kuota Kalibur from my favorite bike shop, Arrow Bicycle, and will likely purchase it against my fiscally minded conscious. Its a sweet bike. Judge for yourself… J has been advocating for a new bike because he likes new shiny things and I think his spiffy bike would like some company.
That is a pretty sweet ride…
Cory –
Very nice ride. Congratulations!
All JB could say was, “Whoa.” You stunned him.
Have fun flying.
