So I emailed my college roommate who is Swedish, lives in Almhult with her lovely family and should be the ultimate source for my quest. She responded with a few recommendations, including Skeppshult Promenad [hers has a basket and a child seat on the back], Kronan, Crescent and Mustang (which when I tried to find a link, all I was getting was Ford Mustang or motorcycle links), all of which I poured over yesterday.
On a totally non-bike note, we finally booked our flight to San Francisco for the wine week and, oh, yea, that 1/2 Ironman race, Barb’s Race. We’ll be flying direct via Virgin America so I’m kind of excited to see if Sir Richard Branson’s airline lives up to its hype.
